Greetings!
My name is Pastor Rob Nystrom, I am the pastor at Alpena First UMC. My wife, Ronda, our son, Joshua, and I moved to Alpena from the Bay City area. We are excited to be here and eager to get to know this church family. I hope you will introduce yourself at Church-in-the-Park or at our Worship Services in the sanctuary.

Worship
- Our regular service is at 9:30 AM.
- During July and August, we also do a Church in the Park Service at the Alpena Band Shell at 8:30 AM.
- You can also worship with us online! Our worship services can be viewed on this website on the Videos page. Go to the Videos page to learn more.
- Holy Communion is offered on the first Sunday of the month. Everyone is welcome to partake.
- Sunday School: 9am each Sunday except July and August., available classes for K-6, 7-12, and adults.
- Potlucks: Potlucks are held on the second Sunday of each month, except July and August.
